Our emphasis on building relationships has enabled us to enjoy a long term and repeat level of work, with 92% of our clients having asked us to work for them again. Our knowledge of our clients’ business and our rigorous exploration of their requirements for each assignment has resulted in us achieving completion rate of over 90%. We are very proud of the ability we have to build strong and open relationships but we are by no means complacent.

In a radical departure from conventional executive search, we are generalists with specialist skills and expertise in specific markets and functions.
Similarly, we don’t ‘pigeon-hole’ the people we work with as candidates. This means we can think outside the box and move management expertise from one vertical market to another. Specialist firms and practices within firms, create conflicts of interest.
