Conrad helps consumer financial services firms with the full range of leadership roles, and companies across all sectors attract executive talent into technology & transformation functions.

Conrad is a career recruiter and, following a degree in Accounting at Kent University, he started in recruitment advertising sales. He then joined a leading IT recruiter, and helped transform the business into a financial services specialist. He was invited to join a financial services-focused search & selection company in 1994, where he was promoted to the leadership team in 1997 and, subsequently, to Director of the Retail Financial Services practice. Before joining Garner International, Conrad was a Partner at a global search firm, with accountability for creating and building a UK financial services business.

For the last 14 years, Conrad has delivered successful search assignments for banks, building societies, cards/payments companies, insurance firms and wealth/asset managers. He has particular expertise in sales & distribution, customer services, operations, strategic sourcing, transformation & technology disciplines.
