Jan Cameron

Jan started her career with Sainsburys, gaining 14 years experience spanning ground level HR management to business process and corporate policy.   She moved to Homebase as their HR Director, reporting directly to the CEO, and gained valuable knowledge while developing new HR strategies during a major restructuring phase and sale to private equity.

Jan has strong technical skills in a range of areas including change management, executive search, performance management, equal opportunities, employee surveys, organisational structure and process reviews and has a sound knowledge of UK employment law.

Drawing on these skills at Garner International, Jan works predominantly on HR consultancy and senior and board level search assignments.  She has also undertaken generic talent programmes where clients want to attract a broad range of key disciplines.

Outside her work at Garner, Jan has been involved in Comic Relief and she sits on an employment tribunal panel.
