Janet Musgrave

Prior to joining Garner International in January 2007, Janet spent 20 years as an HR generalist working across different industry sectors, including retail, supply chain, hi-tech and life science. Janet began her HR career in J Sainsbury Plc and, after three years operational experience, joined Tibbett and Britten Plc where she worked closely with Marks and Spencer before taking up appointments that included International Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager, Divisional HR Director and International HR Director.

Continuing to progress her international career, Janet headed the European HR function for Hitachi Data Systems, then for Affymetrix. Both organisations are headquartered in Silicon Valley, and offer technical solutions to blue chip clients worldwide.

Janet is experienced in all aspects of HR and has worked closely globally with senior managers and executives in succession planning, talent management, organisational change, competency-based recruitment and selection, performance management and employee engagement.

Janet is a psychology graduate, a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds professional certification in job evaluation, leadership development and behavioural assessment.
