Stuart Hall

Stuart started his career in Harrods after studying estates management. After a number of years, he transferred his skills into financial services later joining The Consulting Partnership with specific responsibility for technology, operations and finance. Here he targeted financial services based in Singapore expanding into Europe. Stuart moved to a niche technology search practice helping them to develop the concept of Internet-based selection and screening while growing the business to over 30 people in the UK and the USA.

Before joining Garner International, Stuart was a director and joint founder of Armstrong Shepherd Associates, an independent search firm serving the financial services sector.

He has developed broad experience in conducting searches for senior management and board positions in treasury, corporate and institutional banking, risk management, technology, finance and real estate. He has been personally responsible for assignments in the UK, US, Asia and Europe for the Bank of Ireland, BT, DTZ, Capco, Deutsche Bank, Egg Plc and JP Morgan, as well as numerous venture-backed start-ups.
